Junior Pre Sales Consultant - HR Satama Finland Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are looking for a sales team member for our client company in the role of Junior Pre Sales Consultant (summer job). The position starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found and lasts until approximately August 31, 2026. If desired, it is possible to continue in the fall either part-time or full-time. The role involves lead generation and pre-sales activities, which practically means identifying and contacting potential client companies, discussing with decision-makers, and assessing their interest in the services offered. After the initial assessment, you report potential clients to the sales manager and review the services they might be interested in learning more about. As your skills grow, you can also participate in actual sales activities together with the team. The work is mainly conducted via phone, email, and occasionally using Teams or similar meeting tools. After onboarding, it is possible to work remotely from home if you have a quiet space suitable for working with a computer and phone. Support and training are provided, but we appreciate genuine interest in developing sales skills. The position suits socially confident individuals with good interaction skills who want to develop a career in sales. Skills related to acquiring new customers are highly valued in many companies, making this summer job a good stepping stone to various sales roles.
