HR Business Partner - Orkla Care Oy - Remote - Global

We are seeking an HR Business Partner at Orkla Denmark, based in Vallensbæk. The role involves translating HR concepts into solutions that make a real difference for leaders, employees, and the business. You will work closely with the business to support strong brands and solutions, develop leadership, competencies, and culture, and contribute to a positive work environment for over 500 colleagues across four locations. Your main focus will be on the commercial part of the business, including Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations, collaborating with leaders and stakeholders across locations. Responsibilities include driving recruitment and onboarding, advising and coaching leaders, developing change initiatives, and supporting HR processes. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience in a business-oriented HR role, experience with change management, and a relevant higher education in HR or a related field. You should be able to build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and work structured with priorities. You will report to the HR Director and be part of a team of 9 colleagues. The role is permanent, located in Denmark, Vallensbæk Strand.
