Project and Development Manager (Technology) - Servica Oy - Remote - Global

Istekki Oy is a key partner in our information management services. We are seeking an experienced project and development manager to lead a broad ICT transformation project lasting 3-4 years and to evaluate future technology choices in collaboration with our experts. The role focuses on developing and transferring IT services to the market and building the organization’s ICT strategy with the ICT and data teams. The manager will assess existing solutions and market alternatives, build and implement ICT strategies, evaluate and compete technology solutions, lead service transfers to the market, identify process development opportunities including automation and AI, and proactively interview current solutions and operational models. The manager reports to the development and procurement director and works closely with internal teams and external partners, engaging with the entire organization including business and administration. The role requires combining technology and business, managing multiple overlapping projects, leading change management, and guiding people and stakeholders through change. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of ICT development experience, proven project leadership skills, strategic thinking, broad ICT knowledge, and the ability to facilitate and influence.
