The role of Associate/Senior/Managing Associate is critical for the identification and development of candidates for executive search projects, as well as assisting with market intelligence and development of presentations and documents for business development purposes. Responsibilities include supporting engagement teams, managing search stages, identifying and communicating with candidates, and supporting business development. The position involves working closely with research analysts, principals, and partners, with opportunities for advancement within the firm. The candidate should have 3-7 years of professional experience, excellent communication skills, and an undergraduate degree or higher. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $85,000.
