Your tasks You will work in Hulvela Senior Quarter, supporting residents in their own rental apartments according to care and service plans. Your daily work focuses on ensuring smooth daily routines, supporting functional capacity, and promoting well-being at the customer's home. You will utilize communal living opportunities such as lounge areas, dining halls, activity rooms, and outdoor spaces. You encourage residents to participate in communal activities and strengthen social interaction. You work in a multidisciplinary team, where a nurse coordinates daily activities. You will use the Kotihoito Mukana mobile application to access up-to-date customer information and work tasks. You will move around on foot and receive support from colleagues in everyday situations. The work involves three-shift rotation, mainly during morning and evening shifts. The position requires readiness to work all shifts as needed.
