Job Description
Skydio is looking for a highly technical IT Technician to support manufacturing in Hayward. The role involves troubleshooting Linux, macOS, and Windows systems, managing identity platforms like Okta and JumpCloud, and supporting network connectivity. The technician will handle hardware lifecycle, document solutions, and contribute to process improvements. Requires 4+ years in a technical IT support role, Linux troubleshooting skills, and network fundamentals. Onsite in Hayward, CA, Monday to Friday, 3:30 pm - 12 am. Salary: $90,000 - $120,000.
