Restaurant Manager Needed in Helsinki - Teampa Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are seeking an experienced and motivated restaurant manager for a permanent position at a high-quality hotel restaurant. Initially, you will be employed through us, but after the agreed period, you will transfer directly to the client company. In this role, you will lead the daily operations of the restaurant and develop the customer experience with your team. The restaurant offers high-quality à la carte dining experiences and a popular lunch buffet for hotel guests and other visitors. The role combines practical operational work, staff management, and customer service development. Your responsibilities include managing the daily operations of the restaurant, supervising, onboarding, and scheduling staff, developing customer service and customer experience, monitoring sales and achieving targets, collaborating with the kitchen, hotel, and other stakeholders, and ensuring the quality, comfort, and profitability of the restaurant. We expect you to have previous experience in supervisory roles within the restaurant industry, the ability to lead a team in a motivating and decisive manner, good organizational and problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented and positive work attitude, Finnish language skills; proficiency in English is an advantage, and serving and hygiene certificates.
