Job Description
Join us as Head of Estonian SME Sales group. We are looking for a strong people and business leader to lead our SME Commercial Sales team in Estonia and help shape a future sales and service model. This role is for someone who combines people leadership, commercial thinking, analytical capability and strong cross-functional collaboration. Your main focus will be to lead and support your team in daily business, drive strong sales performance, strengthen customer experience and build a customer-focused, results-driven culture. You will analyze results, customer segments, workflows, and work closely with stakeholders across functions. Requirements include a university degree in business or finance, experience in leading sales teams, B2B sales, insurance, or financial services, strong commercial judgment, data-driven decision-making skills, and proficiency in Estonian and English.
