Job Description As a project scheduler, you support the successful implementation of complex industrial, energy, and critical projects by developing, maintaining, and analyzing fully integrated, logic-based project schedules. You work closely with project managers, construction managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that schedules accurately reflect planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover requirements. In a project management consulting role, you combine technical scheduling expertise with advisory and decision-support functions. Your key responsibilities include developing and integrating schedules for design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup; coordinating schedules across different stakeholders and levels; measuring and guiding progress; forecasting and identifying schedule risks; and reporting and communicating with stakeholders. We are recruiting personnel for construction sites across Finland. This role involves travel, and you should be prepared to frequently visit different sites. The work is primarily on project sites. Keys to success in this role To succeed, you should have experience in project scheduling or design experience in construction, EPC, consulting, or owner roles, and experience with large and/or complex industrial, energy, data center, or critical infrastructure projects. You should have a strong understanding of construction sequencing, interfaces, and the Critical Path methodology. Practical experience with Primavera P6 software is preferred. You must be able to communicate complex schedule information clearly to different stakeholders. A relevant higher education degree (e.g., engineer, AMK/DI, construction management or similar) and proficiency in Finnish and English are required. Your working style should be analytical, systematic, and collaborative. Additionally, experience in industrial, energy, or data center construction projects, consulting or owner representative/PMC background, and familiarity with schedule risk analyses, delay analyses, and compensation support are valued.
