Customer Service Representative, Car Service Seitoy Oy - Biisoni Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are a local, small, and agile multi-brand repair shop specializing in Toyota car services. Being part of the national Autoasi chain ensures up-to-date skills and knowledge to repair and service all brands according to manufacturer instructions, maintaining factory warranty. We are looking for a customer service representative for our car service Seitoy Oy in Seinäjoki. The role involves working in the customer service team, handling customer reception and delivery, quotation calculation, spare parts sales, and ordering. The work is versatile and responsible, supporting the workshop team. Working hours are Mon-Sun 6:00-20:00, mainly weekdays 9:00-17:00, located at Päivölänkatu, Seinäjoki. We seek a customer-oriented person with good communication skills, technical knowledge or education, a valid B-driver’s license, and Finnish language skills. English skills are a plus. Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
