Technical Project Manager - Bilfinger Oy - Remote - Global

We are looking for a technical project manager with a background in engineering disciplines who enjoys leading projects, driving change, and creating results with clients and colleagues in Swedish industry. The role involves managing investment, reconstruction, and development projects within process industry, working both at client sites and with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and following up on projects regarding time, cost, quality, and safety, ensuring project goals are met in close collaboration with clients, suppliers, and internal resources. The ideal candidate has a technical education and experience in process industry, energy, chemistry, mining, or power generation, with a background in process, mechanics, piping, electrical, instrumentation, automation, or construction. They are structured, communicative, solution-oriented, and able to build relationships and drive work forward. Fluency in Swedish and English, a B driver’s license, and experience in project management are required.
