Temporary positions are available: - Loimaa-Pöytyä-Oripää: as soon as possible - 31.12.2026 - Pöytyä: as soon as possible - 10.1.2027 - Mynämäki-Masku-Nousiainen: as soon as possible - 31.8.2026. You will work in the residential services resource pool and ensure sufficient trained staff in different residential units during staff absences. You will work according to your own shift plan across various units in your area according to their needs. Your duties include practical nursing tasks in 24-hour care, short-term rehabilitative care units, communal living units, as well as assessment and rehabilitation units. You will receive comprehensive orientation to all units where you work. We offer you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with various operational units and work independently and responsibly, where you can utilize and develop your skills broadly. You have the ability to adapt to changing situations and work naturally in multidisciplinary teams. You operate with a customer-oriented approach and have good interaction and cooperation skills. You work flexibly and independently. The position requires a driving license and the ability to use your own car, as well as good spoken and written Finnish skills. An advantage is a valid LOVe medication license and good IT skills. The qualification requirement is a professional basic degree in social and health care (practical nurse) or an earlier school-level qualification in the field, along with a valid registration in JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
