Job Description
Korn Ferry is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage background checks and onboarding processes in Sydney. The role involves liaising with screening providers, ensuring compliance, and maintaining hiring integrity. Responsibilities include managing background checks via third-party providers, following up on missing information, investigating discrepancies, preparing employment contracts, and supporting onboarding tracking and reporting. The candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in stakeholder communication. Experience in HR, recruitment, or compliance is preferred. The position is based near Town Hall with hybrid work arrangements. Immediate start preferred.
