Talent Acquisition Director (RPO), Industrial - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

Korn Ferry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Director to support our Industrial client. The TA Director will contribute to growth and profitability goals by delivering best in class recruitment services to our client. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope to include oversight and support of the customized RPO solution. The aim of the role is to ensure the quality assurance of the project delivered to our client. Key Responsibilities include creating and executing project work plans, defining search requests, managing resources, implementing recruitment technologies, overseeing P&L, developing sourcing strategies, reviewing deliverables, managing risks, preparing reports, and managing client relationships. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or ten years of relevant work experience, ten years of leadership in talent acquisition, experience with HR/Talent acquisition technologies, and strong understanding of recruiting metrics and industry practices. Experience in high-tech manufacturing is preferred. Skills include excellent planning, communication, customer orientation, and adaptability.
