Work starts: According to agreement in autumn Application deadline: July 23, 2026 We are looking for an experienced unit manager to be responsible for the HVAC contracting business in Tampere. In this role, you lead the daily operations of the unit, develop activities and ensure that projects proceed as planned and profitably. You will be able to directly influence the direction of action and growth. In your position, you are responsible for, among other things: - the unit's business and its result - the high-quality and profitable implementation of projects - team management and resourcing - development of customer relationships and acquisition of new customers We hope for: - strong HVAC background and experience in contracting - experience in leading projects and people - ability to manage overall entities - proactive and customer-oriented approach We offer you a responsible role where you can really influence and develop the operation.
