This opportunity is ideal if you operate as a **sole trader, freelancer**, or want to employ yourself. What does the job involve? The work is practical "IT support" tasks. Tasks vary according to customer needs and are primarily performed **at the customer's home** or at our **service point**. Typical tasks include: - Installation and setup of devices (PC, Mac, mobile) - Troubleshooting software and update issues - Optimizing network connections and Wi-Fi networks - Virus protection and device cleaning - User guidance and "digital consulting" You can be a student, but note that you must be able to answer the phone during the day. Calls usually come when you are in the shower or eating. What do we expect from you? - **Strong technical skills:** You are familiar with common operating systems and devices as well as your own pocket. - **Entrepreneurial spirit:** You have your own business (Y-tunnus) or use a freelancer service (e.g., EEZY, Ukko.fi). If not, we can assist with setting these up. - **Customer service skills:** You can explain complex issues in simple language and meet customers patiently. - **Mobility:** You have the ability to travel to customers (own car required).
