We are now hiring Sales Negotiators for remote sales tasks in a permanent position at our Lappeenranta office. The next start date is August 17, 2026. As a Sales Negotiator, you will become part of the exciting sales team in Lappeenranta, where growth and development are supported in a cheerful and helpful environment. We have designed a 'New Salesperson Path' program for your development. During the program, we will gradually develop your knowledge and skills without pressure to achieve results. We will progress with small steps, set learning goals, coach, practice, and assist. This provides a safe and inspiring environment for familiarization with the task, and during the first six months, you will build a solid foundation for your career at DNA. After comprehensive onboarding, you will master DNA's offerings, which include broadband, TV services, mobile subscriptions, phones, tablets, and security services. You will be able to assess the individual needs of customers and find the most suitable products and services for them. Competent supervisors and a supportive team will be with you throughout your DNA journey, and building a career further is possible within our large organization. Once your sales start to progress well after onboarding, we offer the possibility to switch to remote work. Whatever suits you best, suits us too, so whether you are in a cabin, in the mountains, or working from home, remote work is possible. The work is primarily done in 6-hour shifts, totaling 30 hours per week, with shifts between 8 am and 6 pm on weekdays. Additionally, there are occasional evening shifts and Saturday shifts. A 37.5-hour weekly schedule is also possible upon agreement. The salary consists of a base pay and sales commission, and you will always earn at least the guaranteed salary according to the ICT sector's collective agreement, which is €12.34/hour. Thanks to an incentivizing commission model, success in work can significantly exceed the guaranteed salary, and the average hourly wage for our sales negotiators is currently over €20/hour. You could earn around €2,500/month with 6-hour shifts, possibly more, as there is no upper limit – not bad, right? We require applicants to be of legal age.
