Group Financial Manager - Teollisuuden Voima Oyj - Helsinki, Finland

We are seeking a Group Financial Manager to lead and develop TVO Group’s external reporting and core finance processes at a time of significant transformation. In this role, you will take a central position in strengthening and modernising TVO’s group level external reporting, financial control and finance processes. You will ensure the high quality, reliability and compliance of financial and sustainability reporting, while driving continuous development of finance processes, controls and the system landscape. Key responsibilities include full responsibility for TVO Group’s interim reporting and annual financial statements, ensuring high quality IFRS and Finnish GAAP (FAS) based external reporting, coordinating and developing group level month end, quarter end and year end closing processes, developing and harmonising group finance processes, controls and reporting practices, driving automation, digitalisation and efficiency in reporting, consolidation and closing processes, acting as a key finance partner towards auditors, executive management and internal/external stakeholders, and actively leading and contributing to finance development initiatives. We hope that you are a senior finance professional with strong IFRS, CSRD and Finnish GAAP (FAS) expertise, including statutory financial statements and audit interfaces, and solid experience in group level reporting in a complex corporate environment. Experience in modern ERP developments, fluency in English, Finnish language skills at a professional level, and a relevant Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a comparable field are required. Experience from energy, industrial or regulated environments is beneficial.
