Reception Staff in Espoo Otaniemi - Securitas - Espoo, Finland

We are currently hiring reception staff for our team in Espoo Otaniemi. You might be the right person if you enjoy customer service and varied tasks, and have a cheerful and positive attitude. Responsibilities include customer service, reception and guidance, key management, receiving shipments, mailing, and other general reception duties. Working hours in our reception services are primarily weekday shifts, but some locations may have occasional Saturday shifts. We are looking for reception staff for various morning and evening shifts. Shift lengths vary by location, generally between 8 and 11 hours. The employment contract will initially be for 60-120 hours over 3 weeks. The desired start date is late September. The salary level is TES level III (from 1 September €13.43/hour). We also offer new employees a €500 bonus after 8 months of employment. We expect you to have relevant experience in customer service and reception tasks, and a service-oriented, professional attitude. You must hold a valid security guard card or be prepared to complete security guard training. You work calmly even in busy and challenging situations, act responsibly and proactively, and collaborate smoothly with different clients and stakeholders. You are familiar with common information systems and adapt quickly to new systems. Proficiency in Finnish and good English skills are required; additional languages are an advantage. Experience in corporate reception, access control, and security systems, as well as a valid security guard card, are considered benefits. A clean criminal background and suitability for the security field are required. If needed, we offer the required temporary security guard training (40 hours) before employment and later security guard training (80 hours). You will not be left alone after onboarding and site-specific training; our professional Securitas team will support your work.
