Data‑analyst (Solution Developer / Power BI Developer) - Teollisuuden Voima Oyj - Olkiluoto, Finland

We are seeking a skilled and development-oriented data analyst to strengthen TVO Group's analytics and reporting solutions at Olkiluoto. The role is situated in IT management and supports strategic goals, especially in data-driven management, reporting capabilities, and utilizing the Microsoft Fabric platform. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, developing semantic models and measures using DAX, leveraging Power Query and Fabric components for data transformation, ensuring quality, performance, security, and access management, participating in platform development, and collaborating with architects, data experts, and external partners. The ideal candidate has relevant education, experience with Power BI, semantic modeling, data quality, Azure or Fabric environments, and good communication skills. Certifications like Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) and experience with DAX, performance optimization, CI/CD, and self-service reporting are advantageous.
