We are hiring security guards for high-security sites in Jämsä. The roles include customer service, area and access control, camera surveillance, system maintenance, and alarm tasks. Positions are full-time or part-time and permanent. Salary depends on performance and is aligned with the security sector collective agreement levels 3-4, with additional task-specific pay. Some roles require carrying a firearm. Applicants must be at least 20 years old, hold a valid security guard license, have a clean background, at least two years of security experience, completed use-of-force training, a B driver's license, fluent Finnish, and good English skills.
