We're building a high-performing team to drive Medhelp's occupational health platform forward using cutting-edge GCP cloud-native architectures and AI-driven workflows. As our first Senior Engineer in Finland, you will bridge the gap between hands-on coding and technical leadership. You will collaborate with cross-border stakeholders to deliver a scalable B2B platform while mentoring a growing team. This is not a traditional management role. You will remain deeply technical while also acting as the local engineering lead for the team — helping drive execution, supporting developers in their growth, and partnering closely with product and leadership stakeholders.
