Accounts payable Specialist - VR Group - Helsinki

We are looking for an Accounts payable specialist to join our Financial Services in Helsinki. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring that all VR Group invoices are approved, accurate, and paid on time. You will manage the routing, monitoring, and reconciliation of purchase invoices for assigned legal entities, as well as support stakeholders throughout the process. We seek a team player who works closely towards common goals, enjoys a mix of independent and team work, and is proactive but also comfortable with routine tasks. You should be open to process development, automation, and harmonization in a fast-changing environment. You should have vocational or higher education, fluency in Finnish and English, Swedish language skills are a benefit, and preferably experience in invoice handling or accounts payable. Strong communication, cooperation skills, a proactive approach, and solution orientation are required.
