Account Manager - Life Sciences - Acolad Finland Oy - Remote - Global

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our Life Sciences team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across a portfolio of strategic accounts within the life sciences sector. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your expertise in localization, language solutions, and emerging technologies—including AI-driven solutions—to deliver value and strengthen long-term partnerships. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships, developing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, promoting solutions, serving as the primary contact, monitoring performance, maintaining data and compliance, mentoring team members, and staying informed on industry trends. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Economics, or related field, 3–5 years of experience in account management, knowledge of the life sciences industry, familiarity with regulated content, understanding of industry terminology, exposure to AI technologies, and strong communication and analytical skills.
