Sourcing Manager - IQM - Remote - Global

Join the team that gives quantum a heartbeat. We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our Sourcing and Procurement team. In this role, you will help ensure that IQM’s critical supplier network can support the growth of our quantum business reliably, sustainably, and cost effectively. You will manage selected sourcing categories and work closely with engineering, production, quality, and operations teams. Your work will directly impact supply continuity, supplier performance, cost competitiveness, and risk management across business-critical technologies and components. Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies aligned with business and technology goals. Manage supplier relationships, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations across assigned categories. Work closely with internal stakeholders to balance cost, quality, delivery reliability, and supply chain risks. Monitor supplier performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities related to delivery, quality, ESG, and cost competitiveness. Support sourcing activities for business-critical suppliers, including electronics, external control electronics, and quantum component related suppliers. Contribute to supplier scaling, risk management, and sourcing process development as IQM continues to grow globally. Support smooth order-to-delivery processes and help resolve operational sourcing challenges when needed. Use data and KPIs to support sourcing decisions, supplier development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure suppliers meet quality, regulatory, and ESG requirements.
