Product Manager - Verda - Remote - Global

Your responsibilities In this role, you will help define, launch, and iterate on customer-facing products and platform capabilities across Verda’s cloud ecosystem. You will work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution from discovery to release. You will help shape product direction by gathering customer and market insights, identifying gaps in our platform offering, and translating business goals into clear product roadmaps and priorities. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to define MVPs, align stakeholders, and ensure products evolve based on real customer feedback and usage data. You will work across multiple areas of the platform, including cloud console experiences, managed services, platform tooling, and future AI infrastructure products. The role requires balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints while helping teams stay focused on measurable outcomes. Additionally, you will help establish stronger product management practices at Verda as the function continues to grow. This includes defining success metrics, improving prioritization processes, collaborating with data and analytics teams, and helping create tighter feedback loops between customers, engineering, and the business. Your key competencies Experience working as a Product Manager in a scale-up or mid-to-large technology company Strong experience owning products from discovery through delivery and iteration Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand engineering trade-offs Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience defining product metrics, and prioritization frameworks Ability to work with data independently, including SQL and analytics/dashboarding tools Comfortable operating in fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environments Self-sufficient, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams Nice to have Experience in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, SaaS, AI infrastructure, or managed services Familiarity with analytics and dashboarding tools such as Looker, Superset, Tableau, or similar Exposure to Kubernetes, cloud platforms, or infrastructure-related products Experience launching new products or working in “0 to 1” product environments Experience working in highly technical product organizations Why Verda Cash + equity compensation along with various fringe benefits (e.g., healthcare, lunch, wellbeing, etc.) Profitable operations with rapid, sustained growth 31 nationalities, with 6 different ones on the management team A chance to work on products at the intersection of AI, cloud infrastructure, and developer platforms Opportunity to help shape both products and the future of product management at Verda Practicalities Location: Helsinki Hybrid mode: Working 3 days a week from our Helsinki office Employment type: Full-time and permanent What's next We’re building fast and this role needs the right person behind it.
