Job Description

Lead Production Performance in a Manufacturing Environment Join a high-impact role where you lead daily production operations in a heavy industry environment and ensure performance across safety, quality, cost, and delivery. You work in an environment where products are manufactured according to international pressure equipment standards. You will take ownership of a manufacturing line and drive operational excellence through strong leadership and continuous improvement. You work closely with planning, engineering, maintenance, and project teams to keep production running smoothly. You also drive continuous improvement and develop your team’s capabilities. Your responsibilities - You will lead and manage daily manufacturing line operations to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient production - You will oversee project delivery performance, securing timelines, costs, and quality targets - You will plan and allocate resources, including workforce and tasks, to meet production demands - You will collaborate with planning, engineering, procurement, quality, maintenance, and project teams to ensure smooth operations - You will drive continuous improvement of production processes, systems, and standardized ways of working Expectations for you - You have proven experience in a supervisory role in a production environment - You have solid understanding of heavy industry operations and manufacturing processes (especially welding-based manufacturing) - You have hands-on experience leading shop floor operations and teams - You are familiar with manufacturing standards such as PED, ASME, ISO or GB - You are development-oriented and motivated to improve ways of working. Experience with LEAN or continuous improvement methods is considered an advantage - You are fluent in Finnish and English We offer You join a role with strong ownership and many points of contact across the factory and project organization.   • Development-oriented and motivated to improve ways of working
  • Fluency in Finnish and English
