Lead Production Performance in a Manufacturing Environment Join a high-impact role where you lead daily production operations in a heavy industry environment and ensure performance across safety, quality, cost, and delivery. You will take ownership of a manufacturing line and drive operational excellence through strong leadership and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities - You will lead and manage daily manufacturing line operations to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient production - You will oversee project delivery performance, securing timelines, costs, and quality targets - You will plan and allocate resources, including workforce and tasks, to meet production demands - You will collaborate with planning, engineering, procurement, quality, maintenance, and project teams to ensure smooth operations - You will drive continuous improvement of production processes, systems, and standardized ways of working Expectations for you - You have proven experience in a supervisory role in a production environment - You have solid understanding of heavy industry operations and manufacturing processes (especially welding-based manufacturing) - You have hands-on experience leading shop floor operations and teams - You are familiar with manufacturing standards such as PED, ASME, ISO or GB - You are development-oriented and motivated to improve ways of working. Experience with LEAN or continuous improvement methods is considered an advantage - You are fluent in Finnish and English We offer You join a role with strong ownership and many points of contact across the factory and project organization.
