Fleet Care Specialist - Scania Group - Remote - Global

The Fleet Care Specialist role is part of the team responsible for the operational management of our clients' fleets. It involves planning maintenance and interventions, using connectivity systems, and remote diagnostics to ensure vehicles are always operational, minimizing impact on operations. The role also includes consulting based on data analysis, preparing KPI reports, identifying improvement areas, and proposing solutions. Responsibilities include defining maintenance plans, coordinating interventions, managing vehicle recovery, analyzing faults, handling insurance claims, and suggesting performance improvements. The ideal candidate has automotive/industrial vehicle knowledge, organizational and problem-solving skills, relational and supplier management abilities, data analysis skills, digital tool proficiency, and preferably English knowledge. Experience in fleet management, logistics, or transport is a plus.
