Business Consultant/Supply Chain Consultant(Japanese and English Speaking) - RELEX Solutions - Remote - Global

The RELEX team in APAC is growing, and we’re now looking for a Business Consultant with business-level proficiency in English and Japanese to join our regional consulting team. This role is based in Tokyo, Japan. As a Business Consultant, you’ll manage software implementation projects across the full project lifecycle in the field of retail supply chain and merchandising planning. You’ll be responsible for driving customer value through process design, configuration of RELEX solutions, training delivery, and business case realization. You will be part of a high-performing, international team, and have the chance to work closely with some of the most iconic Japanese retailers and wholesalers. This is an ideal role for a hands-on, analytical, and customer-oriented consultant who wants to help businesses evolve their planning processes and make a real impact. You are autonomous, motivated, and eager to contribute to the continued growth of our APAC operations. Key responsibilities include leading software implementation projects, supporting process development workshops in English and Japanese, designing business specifications, analyzing KPIs, configuring RELEX tools, delivering training, supporting change management, pre-sales activities, and acting as a trusted advisor. Requirements include business-level proficiency in English and Japanese, 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning or retail operations, and familiarity with retail/wholesale sectors. Experience with planning software and Japanese retail chains is a plus.
