Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and child-loving responsible leader for Eklöfska School's after-school program. The position is part-time (29 hours/week), mainly on weekdays between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. At Pilke, we have extensive experience in organizing afternoon activities, and Pilke after-school programs are available in several municipalities, both in Swedish- and Finnish-speaking schools. In your work, you will perform high-quality upbringing and child-oriented activities. The responsible leader plans, implements, and develops the activities together with their team, and works closely with families and the school. The coordinator of the afternoon activities and other Swedish-speaking responsible leaders at Pilke support you in your work. We value applicants with vocational education suitable for the task and/or experience working with children. Previous experience in afternoon activities is appreciated. It is important that the applicant is initiative- and idea-rich, has good leadership and collaboration skills, and approaches the work with energy and responsibility. Excellent oral and written skills in Swedish are required. We offer you an interesting job, a positive working environment, and support and training. The work begins on August 6th with joint introductory days for staff. In your work, you will have the opportunity to utilize your strengths, for example, in gymnastics, creative work, nature, creative activities, music, theater, and media skills. Monthly salary is €1908.41 + experience bonus, according to the collective agreement for private early childhood education.
