Technical Supervisor needed for a large well known Facilities Management organisation based on a mobile basis in Holborn, London, supervising day-to-day operations of facilities services, supporting the Area Facilities Manager to meet SLA, KPI, and statutory compliance targets. Requires NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical or Mechanical field and experience managing a team of engineers. Responsibilities include managing maintenance, ensuring compliance, supporting emergency and contingency plans, supervising contractors, and developing maintenance policies. The role involves working closely with support functions, maintaining CAFM systems, and participating in 24/7 maintenance coverage.
