Our residents receive help with daily tasks as well as joy and companionship from the community – from other residents and our staff. Our building has a total of 264 apartments. Your workday with us Your work is diverse and each day slightly different. Your tasks include, among others: - Managing laundry services ordered by residents: scheduling your work independently using the activity management system, washing and post-processing laundry with high quality, and transporting laundry within the building. Also keeping the laundry and its equipment clean and operational. - Equipping our furnished temporary apartments and handling textiles, small interior tasks, and maintaining cleanliness of common area textiles. Proactively monitoring cleaning needs and the overall appearance of the building. - Performing other cleaning tasks for residents, such as changing bed linens, cleaning refrigerators/freezers, taking out trash, and hanging curtains according to separate orders. - Handling laundry and cleaning service orders, including those made through our cleaning subcontractor. As a Saga employee, you play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of orders and billing, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating smoothly with different parties. Some work is performed in residents' homes. In this role, you are crucial in ensuring residents' daily life runs smoothly, comfortably, and with a positive service experience. Employment details The position is permanent, starting as agreed between August 2026. The work is daytime, weekdays, 115 hours/3 weeks. We follow the private social services sector collective agreement for pay. The salary grade is G15A, which will change to G16A from September 1, depending on experience, ranging from €2168.73 to €2397.57. Additionally, we pay task-specific supplements. What do we require from you? To succeed in this role, you should have previous work experience in similar tasks or relevant education, customer service orientation, genuine desire to work with seniors, initiative, and a responsible work attitude. You work independently but are also an excellent team player. Skills in using electronic systems and cleaning tasks are required. We value a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
