Customer Contact Representative - Ideko Suomi Oy - Vantaa, Finland

We are looking for an enthusiastic customer contact representative for our Vantaa location. Our everyday work is relaxed but goal-oriented – we work together, help each other, and celebrate successes as a team. In this role, you will not be alone but supported by a team that is a good environment. In your role, you are an important part of the customer's first experience with Ideko. You initiate the conversation and create a good atmosphere from the very beginning. What does the work involve? - Contact customers by phone and discuss their situation - Identify customer needs and generate interest - Schedule appointments for our designers - Receive continuous support and coaching from your team This is not traditional telemarketing but involves identifying customer needs and opening a dialogue. The work is straightforward and easy to get started with – previous experience is not required.
