Shifts are mainly weekdays 8.45-15.45, plus evening and weekend shifts. Work includes assisting with daily chores, home care, and hobbies. We seek someone who takes initiative, works carefully, and genuinely wants to be part of the client's daily life long-term. We hope for a friendly attitude, a brisk approach, and strong commitment. Due to allergies, the assistant cannot have pets. This job is for someone seeking meaningful and regular work, ready to work actively. We value the desire to build a stable workday. No field education is needed – attitude is most important. You are reliable, empathetic, and ready to take responsibility. Flexibility and willingness to learn are required.
