An established European healthcare solutions provider is expanding its presence in Germany and is seeking an entrepreneurial Country Manager to lead its commercial growth. The company delivers innovative solutions that help hospitals increase clinical capacity, improve patient access, and optimise the use of diagnostic and treatment infrastructure. Working closely with healthcare providers, it offers flexible, long-term service solutions designed to support hospitals through capacity constraints, modernisation projects, and changing patient demand. With operations across multiple European countries and significant investment supporting its continued growth, the business is entering an exciting phase of expansion in Germany. This newly created leadership role offers the opportunity to shape market strategy, build strategic partnerships, and establish a strong local presence. The Role Reporting to the international leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the company's commercial development throughout Germany. This is a strategic, hands-on role combining business development, key account management, market development, and cross-functional collaboration. You will identify new growth opportunities, develop long-term customer relationships, and position the organisation as a trusted healthcare solutions partner rather than simply an equipment supplier. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy for Germany. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. Build long-term partnerships with hospitals, healthcare networks, outpatient providers, and diagnostic organisations. Lead complex commercial negotiations from initial engagement through contract signature. Grow existing customer relationships while developing new strategic accounts. Analyse market developments and identify emerging opportunities. Collaborate with international operations, service, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery. Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences.
