We are currently seeking a Service Manager for our long-term client PiKa Puhtaus Oy in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, to work in staircase cleaning. Your work will include estimating and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for quality monitoring and business profitability, and you will lead your own team as a supervisor. You will plan work shifts, train employees, and participate in recruitment if necessary. Working hours are mainly on weekdays from 6 am to 2 pm, but we hope applicants are flexible with working hours. The work can start as soon as possible according to the agreement. Are you a cleaning industry professional with experience in supervisory tasks? Are you capable of working independently, understanding larger overall tasks, and maintaining control under pressure? Can you communicate clearly and consider customer needs? We value proactive and customer-oriented attitudes most. You should be able to organize daily work profitably and lead your team confidently. Success in this role requires fluent communication in Finnish and English, as well as a valid B driver's license.
