Psychotherapy Voucher Process Expert (Psychologist) - Helsingin kaupunki - Helsinki, Finland

We are seeking a psychology background expert for psychotherapy voucher process work at Helsinki Psychiatry in first-line services, starting permanently from July 1, 2026. The first-line psychiatric services operate at the interface of basic services and specialized psychiatric care. Since 2021, Helsinki has implemented short psychotherapy vouchers for clients with mental stress and symptoms, when municipal psychosocial care is insufficient and short psychotherapy is deemed suitable. As a voucher process expert, you will develop and advise on this process, participate in the approval process of service providers for rehabilitative psychotherapy vouchers, provide guidance and consultation on voucher procedures, and contribute to process development including updating regulations and developing electronic application processes. You will work closely with the voucher coordinator and psychologists handling first-line voucher applications.
