Production Supervisor - Palosaaren Metalli Oy - Korsholm, Finland

Palosaaren Metalli Oy is a machine shop with a long tradition, employing about 50 people, located in Koivulahdessa, Mustasaari, near Vaasa. We manufacture welded and machined metal structures. As our current production supervisor transitions to new challenges, we are now seeking a welding shop supervisor to join our team. Your tasks will include supervisory responsibilities and production planning. You may be an experienced professional, or a suitable candidate could also be a dedicated mechanical or metal industry engineering student or recent graduate. We value technical expertise in the field, knowledge of production systems, leadership experience, and good overall management skills. Experience with modern production control systems is considered an advantage. You are positive, flexible, and a team player with good collaboration skills.
