Job Description
Korn Ferry is searching for an experienced Information Technology University Recruiter with the ability to travel overnight during recruiting season. The role involves building client relationships through recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates. The candidate must be located in Houston, TX or the San Francisco Bay area, and be available for multi-night travel during recruiting season. Key responsibilities include creating sourcing strategies, client relationship management, process management, candidate relationship management, and conducting competency-based interviews. Required skills include 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, client-facing experience, applicant tracking system experience (Workday preferred), sourcing methodologies, and a high school diploma or higher education. The role may involve using AI in recruitment but all hiring decisions are human-made.
