Controller, FP&A Process and Procurement - Huhtamäki Oyj - Remote - Global

At Huhtamaki, we are seeking a strategic finance professional to partner with our Procurement, Finance, and Leadership teams to optimize working capital, drive process excellence, and deliver insightful FP&A reporting. This role involves monitoring and controlling key working capital components such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory. The role reports into the Senior Manager, Group Reporting, and collaborates with stakeholders including CFO, Global Finance, Global Procurement, and Global Process Owners. The position is based at our Espoo HQ in Finland, primarily in-office with one remote day per week. Responsibilities include procurement tracking, supporting procurement to improve DPOs and working capital, procurement cost reporting, budgeting, and process documentation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in finance roles, expertise in FP&A, and strong communication skills.
