We are looking for warm-hearted and service-oriented home care nurses or students in the field for gig-based work in home care. At Onni, you perform meaningful work by enabling our clients to live well and safely in the comfort of their own homes. Your workday includes assisting with daily activities, being present, and caring. Home care services include medical and medication management, health promotion, personal hygiene and nutrition, as well as rehabilitative care to maintain functional capacity. We prioritize listening to clients and exchanging updates; our care services are fundamentally about compassion. As a student, you should have completed at least 90 competence points (osp). Additionally, you must have vaccination protection according to section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act, and it is good if you have completed medication theory courses before starting work, but if not, you can complete them with us! The work is mobile, so a driver’s license is necessary. Using your own car is a plus, and we pay mileage according to state travel regulations. Previous experience in home care is an advantage but not essential—what matters most is the right attitude and willingness to learn!
