Job Description
The role involves strategic business partnering, collaborating cross-functionally with procurement, production, logistics, and supply chain teams to control costs, improve asset efficiency, and drive factory performance. The manager supports factory leadership with financial insights for decision-making, oversees plant finance including budgeting and variance analysis, ensures compliance, manages working capital and inventory optimization, leads performance reporting, and partners with operations to monitor incentives. Requires at least 10 years of financial or business analysis experience, preferably with CA, ACCA, or CIMA, and a postgraduate degree in finance or accounting.
