As our current leader approaches retirement and transitions to golf courses, the position opens on September 1, 2026. Join us in building the future operations! As the chief physician of the general and rehabilitation responsibility unit, you will lead your responsibility unit and be responsible for expertise management, finances, and medical activity guidelines. Your tasks include planning, guiding, and monitoring processes that cut across operational units. You will anticipate and track operational results against set goals and develop your unit in collaboration with various stakeholders. You will work closely with the service manager of the responsibility unit and be part of the senior management team of specialized medical care, participating in joint decision-making and development. You will also serve as a supervisor for the chief physicians of the respective areas.
