Construction Supervisor for Infrastructure Sector Oulu - Rekrytointipalvelu Sihti Oy - Oulu, Finland

We are seeking an experienced and professional construction supervisor for infrastructure projects in Oulu. The role involves overseeing demanding and diverse street and road construction projects and managing construction sites comprehensively. As the construction supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of projects from start to finish. Your tasks include, among others: Managing construction sites and daily operational control, Scheduling projects, resource management, and cost tracking, Coordinating subcontractors and collaborating with various stakeholders, Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with authorities' requirements, Reporting and communication with clients. Requirements include at least 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in infrastructure, suitable education (e.g., civil engineer or equivalent), strong experience in street and roadside construction, practical knowledge in stormwater and rainwater systems, drainage, sewerage, and other infrastructure construction, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and lead several work phases, good interpersonal skills and leadership qualities, initiative and solution-oriented approach.
