AI-Native Software Developer - Unikie Oy - Remote - Global

We are looking for an AI-Native Software Developer who sees AI not as a separate tool, but as a natural part of the software development lifecycle. In this role, you will combine strong engineering skills with modern AI-assisted workflows to deliver high-quality solutions faster, smarter, and more collaboratively. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining modern software solutions, utilizing AI-assisted development tools, building scalable and maintainable code, participating in architecture discussions, and continuously learning about emerging AI technologies. The role requires experience with Python, large language models (LLM), CI/CD, and Finnish language proficiency. The developer should be curious, experimental, and able to validate AI outputs critically. Collaboration with teams, sharing knowledge, and mentoring are key aspects. The position is based in Tampere or Helsinki.
