Customer Service Officer - Avery Dennison - Remote - Global

Follow up on customer orders and provide quality service. Responsibilities include processing orders, checking order execution, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment, handling customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, following company procedures and standards, managing customer complaints, building good relationships with customers, analyzing sales opportunities, supporting team sales goals, complying with policies and regulations, participating in quality and safety initiatives, supporting colleagues, collaborating across departments, participating in improvement projects, and training new employees. Requirements include a college diploma or higher, over 2 years of relevant experience in order processing or customer service, fluent English skills, computer literacy, customer-oriented attitude, good communication skills, problem-solving ability, proactive work attitude, data analysis skills, and experience in training new staff preferred.
