Job Description

Suomen Yrittäjät is a national organization for small and medium-sized enterprises, with about 115,000 member companies across Finland. The organization promotes entrepreneurship, advocates for entrepreneurs, and offers valuable networks and services. At Bookers, we act as their trusted sales partner, supporting their member acquisition channel. We are now looking for a Team Leader for the Suomen Yrittäjät project—someone who wants to combine their own sales success with coaching, mentoring, and developing the team’s daily work. In this role, you will not leave sales behind; on the contrary, you will remain a key contributor, setting an example, coaching, and supporting your sales colleagues. You will be like a field captain, guiding with your actions, helping new and experienced salespeople develop, and ensuring the team’s daily operations run smoothly. You will work closely with the manager and serve as an important link within the team. Your tasks include managing your own sales, supporting and developing the team, contacting companies and entrepreneurs from ready target groups, conducting quality sales conversations, helping team members succeed, sharing best practices, acting as a link between the team and management, participating in onboarding and skill development, and fostering a culture of shared goals. This role is not just about selling memberships; it’s about strengthening Finnish entrepreneurship and building one of Bookers’ key client relationships. The ideal candidate has demonstrated sales results, enjoys targets, and wants to take the next step in their career. Previous team leader or supervisory experience is an advantage but not essential. Attitude, results, and a desire to help others succeed are what matter most. We offer a role of trust and responsibility in Finland’s leading sales service company, with opportunities to develop as a coaching supervisor, comprehensive onboarding, a motivated team, influence over your work, and growth with the company. During onboarding, you will learn about Suomen Yrittäjät’s services and customer needs, Bookers’ sales models and leadership practices, and coaching leadership through joint training and case scenarios. You will be supported by experienced managers and sales coaches. The salary is €2,500 per month fixed, plus performance-based commissions, with a total initial earning potential of around €3,000 per month and a target of €3,500–€4,000 per month. The recruitment process includes an application and initial impression, a quick phone call, interviews with the future supervisor and possibly team members, references, and a swift decision with an expected start in August. Location: Helsinki, Sörnäinen. Start: August.
