Are you eager to ensure that construction sites are carried out according to plans - safely and with quality? We are looking for a supervisor for versatile infrastructure construction tasks to strengthen our Infrastructure Construction and Maintenance unit in Helsinki or Tampere. You will act as the client's representative at the core of the project: participating in solutions, identifying deviations, and influencing the safe, high-quality, and planned progress of the sites. You will be close to decision-making and have a tangible impact on the final quality and safety of the construction work, working with contractors, designers, and the client. Typical projects include street and road projects, municipal engineering, tram and railway infrastructure works, station and depot areas, and urban development projects combining traffic, infrastructure, and built environment. Your workdays will vary according to the project phase: some time on-site (inspections, observations, deviation reviews), some in meetings and documentation (site meetings, reporting, decision preparation). You will have your own responsibilities and support from the team — aiming for smooth daily work and a clear situational picture on site. You succeed when there is a clear situational awareness, deviations are identified and handled timely, and the implementation proceeds safely and with quality according to plan.
