Hello! Early Childhood Education Social Pedagogue, join us on a new adventure! There is one (1) permanent position for an early childhood education social pedagogue at Salpakangas Daycare. In this role, you will implement your work according to your education, focusing on quality, play, and pedagogy, together with a professional early childhood education team. The task of the early childhood education social pedagogue is to act as a strong social pedagogical expert for their child group, and to strengthen cooperation and community spirit. The work is community-oriented, reflected in the activities of multidisciplinary teams and active collaboration between all unit teams. The foundation of activities in Hollola early childhood education is the implementation of positive pedagogy, and we see supporting the child's overall well-being, and strengthening play skills and connection to nature as important. We expect you to be playful, child-oriented, sensitive, and possess good interaction skills. Your work will emphasize participation of children and families, with a presence and enthusiastic approach. We seek strong social pedagogical expertise in early childhood education and good team and interaction skills. The qualification requirement is according to the Early Childhood Education Act (13.7.2018/540) section 27. We also consider applicants who are completing their studies in early childhood education social pedagogy. The selected candidate must present an acceptable health certificate and a criminal record extract as required by the law on background checks for those working with children (504/2002).
