We are looking for an enthusiastic customer contact person for our Oulu location. Our everyday work is relaxed but goal-oriented – we work together, help each other, and celebrate successes as a team. In this role, you will not be alone but supported by a team that is a good environment. In your role, you are an important part of the customer's first experience with Ideko. You initiate conversations and create a good atmosphere from the start. What does the work involve? - Contact customers by phone and discuss their situation - Identify customer needs and generate interest - Schedule appointments for our designers - Receive continuous support and coaching from your team This is not traditional telemarketing but involves identifying customer needs and opening conversations. The work is straightforward and easy to get started with – no previous experience needed.
